Primary Healthcare is a dedicated non-profit community health center located in Lake Zurich, IL, committed to enhancing the physical and emotional wellbeing of families and individuals. Our mission revolves around providing hope, help, and healing through culturally-sensitive and linguistically-appropriate services tailored for medically underserved communities. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we offer a broad spectrum of primary healthcare services, including General Primary Care, OB-GYN, Nutrition Education, Cardiology, Immunizations, School Physicals, Immigration Physicals, and Pediatrics. Our goal is to ensure that quality, comprehensive healthcare is accessible and directed by the community's needs.
