At the American Indian Health Service of Chicago (AIHSC), located in Lake Zurich, IL, we are dedicated to delivering comprehensive Primary Healthcare and Mental Health services tailored specifically for the American Indian community and other underserved populations. As the only Urban Indian Health Program in Illinois, we pride ourselves on providing culturally sensitive, quality care across all stages of life. Our primary health care services encompass chronic disease management, women’s health services, cancer screenings, immunizations, mental health screenings, and smoking cessation programs, all while ensuring access to discounted medications and lab services for the uninsured. For infants and children, we offer well-child exams, immunizations, and urgent care. AIHSC accepts most insurance plans and features a sliding scale for self-pay patients, making our essential services accessible to everyone in our community.
