Food Pantry

In Lake Zurich, Illinois, our Food Pantry is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals and families facing challenging circumstances. We warmly welcome low-income families, single parents, senior citizens, unemployed individuals, disabled veterans, and the working poor who are in need of emergency food and supportive resources. Registered members of our P.L.A.N program receive a generous box of food each month, tailored to their family size and specific needs, along with unlimited access to bread, bakery items, and clothing. To register, simply complete a one-page Declaration of Need form, and let us support you on your path to wellness and stability.
