The Adolescent and Young Adult Oncology (AYA) Program in Lake Zurich, IL, is dedicated to supporting young cancer survivors aged 15-39 through a comprehensive array of services tailored to their unique needs. Collaborating closely with the renowned Lurie Cancer Center in Chicago, our multidisciplinary team of clinicians and researchers ensures that each patient receives personalized care that adheres to nationally established standards of oncology. Our program encompasses essential services such as psychosocial support, fertility counseling, health insurance and financial counseling, surveillance and survivorship care, clinical trials, specialty cancer programs, and palliative care. In addition, we foster a compassionate community by connecting patients with supportive organizations that offer opportunities for learning and fellowship. For those facing financial challenges, we also provide medically necessary care at free or discounted rates, reinforcing our commitment to accessible and holistic cancer care.
