As a non-profit community health center, we focus on delivering culturally-sensitive and linguistically-appropriate healthcare services aimed at medically underserved populations. Our mission revolves around promoting physical, emotional, and psychological health while providing hope, help, and healing. We proudly offer a wide range of primary care services including Family Medicine, OB-GYN, Health Education, Cardiology, Immunizations, and Pediatrics.
