Patient Aid Program

The Patient Aid Program in Lake Villa, IL, is dedicated to supporting individuals facing financial challenges due to medical needs by providing a one-time stipend of $100 to alleviate non-medical expenses such as transportation, food, housing, and utilities. Our mission is to offer essential emergency payments that help ease the burden during difficult times.
