OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

Located in Lake Villa, IL, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing essential financial assistance tailored specifically for their needs. Our comprehensive program offers a $200 financial grant, along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to help alleviate immediate stressors during treatment. Additionally, we offer psycho-social counseling sessions and genetic counseling via phone with licensed professionals, ensuring holistic support for our patients. We invite healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of patients, which we process based on funding availability. At OvarCare, we celebrate the strength and resilience of individuals facing ovarian cancer, standing by them every step of the way with care and commitment.
