Home Delivered Meals Program

The Home Delivered Meals Program in Lake Villa, IL, is dedicated to ensuring that older adults receive not only nutritious meals but also companionship and well-being checks. We provide eligible clients with hot, well-balanced meals delivered right to their homes up to five days a week, designed by Registered Dietitians to meet 1/3 of their daily nutritional needs. Whether clients require regular meals, pureed options, or vegetarian selections, we aim to cater to individual dietary requirements. While a suggested donation is appreciated, it is not mandatory, ensuring that no senior is turned away for financial reasons. Our mission is to promote health and connectivity among the elderly, making it easy for anyone to access our meal service simply by reaching out to the Care Coordination Unit in their county.
