MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Lake In The Hills, IL, is devoted to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through an accessible and comprehensive approach to weight management. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to a spectrum of tailored weight management services that fit their individual needs. We offer diverse support options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! system for in-home care. Veterans seeking independent management can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app. Additionally, for those who may require further assistance after participating in our program, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
