Cancer Transitions is a comprehensive program based in La Grange, IL, designed for cancer survivors who have recently completed treatment. Catering primarily to those within the first 24 months of survivorship, this evidence-based initiative offers valuable resources to help individuals thrive at any stage of their recovery.
