Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

Located in Joliet, IL, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of mothers and young children through essential food assistance and nutrition support. Our compassionate team of nutritionists and nurses provides guidance on healthy eating, breastfeeding education and support, as well as access to nutritious foods such as milk, yogurt, whole grains, and fresh fruits and vegetables. Eligible participants can receive EBT cards for purchasing these healthy foods, ensuring that families have access to the nutrition they need. We also assist in connecting mothers with additional healthcare services, promoting a holistic approach to health and wellness. Eligibility for our program can be determined through participation in other assistance programs, and we welcome all qualifying individuals to visit us for their WIC appointment to start their journey toward a healthier lifestyle.
