OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

Located in Joliet, IL, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer through essential financial assistance and counseling services. Our program understands the unique challenges faced by ovarian cancer patients and provides a financial grant of $200, along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to ease their burden during treatment. In addition, we offer psycho-social counseling sessions conducted by licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling via phone to address emotional and health-related concerns. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of their patients, as we process requests in the order received, funding availability permitting.
