Support for Success

Support for Success, based in Hoffman Estates, IL, is a dedicated initiative of the African American Christian Foundation that offers comprehensive supportive services aimed at empowering individuals as they transition into employment. Our program is designed to address the essential needs of participants by providing critical resources such as food assistance, utility support, rental help, and transportation costs. We recognize that achieving goals requires more than just job opportunities; therefore, we also offer assistance with clothing, uniforms, certification exams, and childcare. Our case management services ensure that each participant receives personalized guidance, helping them on their journey towards success and self-sufficiency.
