Senior Services in Hoffman Estates, IL, is dedicated to empowering older adults and individuals with disabilities to live with dignity and independence. Through compassionate support from our experienced case managers and trained volunteers, we offer a range of essential services, including case management, Medicare assistance, specialized support through the Senior Health Insurance Program (SHIP), in-home services, and grocery delivery. We understand the unique challenges faced by our community members, which is why most of our senior support services are provided free of charge, with select services available on a sliding fee scale for residents of Maine Township. Our mission is to ensure that every individual receives the care and assistance they deserve.
