Illinois Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

The Illinois Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) in Hoffman Estates, IL, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to low-income households, ensuring they have the resources to maintain proper nutrition.
