MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Highland Park, IL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected with tailored weight management options that suit their unique needs and preferences. We offer various services, including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which provides in-home support through messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer self-management, our MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans on their weight loss journey. We also facilitate access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for individuals who may require additional support after trying our initial programs.
