Having witnessed the impact of stressful life experiences and traumatic upbringings, Heather is devoted to helping clients rediscover themselves and reclaim their joy. Her expertise lies in trauma and PTSD, as well as family of origin issues and self-esteem, and she employs a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), EMDR, and trauma-focused modalities.
