Step Up Assistance Program, located in Highland Park, IL, is dedicated to empowering individuals and families in need through comprehensive support services. Our Helpline offers immediate access to essential resources for those facing crises. We provide 1:1 Peer Support Chats with trained facilitators, allowing participants to engage in meaningful conversations over weeks tailored to their needs. Our Peer Support Groups, available online, foster a welcoming environment for sharing experiences, practicing meditation, and participating in relaxation exercises that promote mental wellness.
