OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

Located in Highland Park, IL, OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to empowering women in their journey against ovarian cancer. Understanding the financial burdens that can accompany this diagnosis, our program offers essential support through a tailored financial assistance package, including a $200 financial grant, $100 gas card, and $100 grocery card. Additionally, we provide crucial psycho-social counseling and genetic counseling sessions over the phone with licensed professionals to ensure holistic care for our patients. We invite health care providers, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of those in need. Each application is processed in the order received, with funding availability influencing the grant allocation.
