Located in Highland Park, IL, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals with dysphagia in need. We focus on supplying critical resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for low-income individuals experiencing swallowing difficulties by ensuring they receive the necessary support and nutrition to thrive. Our program is designed to empower and uplift, ensuring no one in our community faces these challenges alone.
