Anjali Chafekar is a compassionate licensed social worker dedicated to fostering resilience and creating a safe space for her clients. Committed to overcoming the stigmas surrounding mental health and treatment, she empowers those she works with to recognize their strengths and effect meaningful change in their lives. Offering comprehensive counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults, Anjali is equipped to address a wide range of life issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, loss, and mood disorders. Her approach not only aims to improve clients' self-esteem but also assists them in managing stress and navigating relationship challenges. Anjali holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Aurora University, and utilizes a variety of therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Brief Solutions Focused Therapy, and Positive Therapy. She believes in starting every therapeutic relationship with empathy, meeting clients where they are, and building on their inherent strengths.
