Located in Gurnee, IL, our Short-term Rehabilitation program is dedicated to providing compassionate and expert rehabilitative and nursing care tailored for individuals facing mobility challenges. Our mission is to empower residents to enhance their mobility and reclaim their independence through a comprehensive approach that includes skilled nursing care, physical, speech, and occupational therapy. We also focus on pain management, rehabilitation for stroke and brain injuries, diabetes education and management, intravenous and nutritional therapy, and advanced wound care.
