OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

Located in Gurnee, IL, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program provides vital support for women navigating the challenges of ovarian cancer. Our mission is to empower these brave individuals by offering a dedicated financial assistance package tailored to their unique needs. Each patient can receive a financial grant of $200, along with $100 in gas cards and $100 in grocery cards, to help alleviate the burdens of daily expenses. In addition, we offer psycho-social counseling sessions by a licensed clinical social worker and genetic counseling sessions by a qualified genetic counselor, all available via phone. We invite healthcare professionals to submit applications on behalf of patients, which are processed promptly based on funding availability. OvarCare stands as a pillar of strength and support, assisting women in their fight against ovarian cancer with both compassion and practical resources.
