Food Bank

Located in Gurnee, Illinois, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals living with dysphagia by providing essential resources tailored to their unique needs. Our focus is on delivering vital food assistance through accessible thickeners and pre-modified foods, as well as therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment designed to enhance the quality of life for those we serve.
