OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

Located in Grayslake, IL, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing essential financial assistance and resources. Our program understands the unique challenges faced by these resilient individuals and offers a comprehensive support package, including a $200 financial grant, $100 gas card, and $100 grocery card, alongside psycho-social counseling sessions and genetic counseling via phone. We strive to empower our patients during their fight against cancer, encouraging healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of those in need. As we process applications based on availability, our goal is to ensure accessible support for women navigating this difficult journey.
