Nutrition Therapy Program

The Nutrition Therapy Program, located in Grayslake, IL, is dedicated to providing specialized nutrition services for children, particularly those underserved in the regions north and west of DuPage County. We understand the unique challenges faced by children with developmental disabilities and focus on delivering essential care that is often difficult to find in traditional community or medical settings. Our comprehensive support includes enhancing oral and digestive tolerance, customizing diets for improved growth and variety, managing food allergies and sensitivities, and facilitating dietary transitions, including tube feeding and homemade blenderized formulas. Through our interdisciplinary approach, we aim to address nutrition risks and disorders, empowering children from birth to 21 years to lead healthier lives. Eligibility for our services is based on a qualifying medical diagnosis or identified eating concern.
