MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Grayslake, IL, is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to annually screen all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with effective weight management options that align with their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of supportive services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home guidance, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-directed weight management. For Veterans facing ongoing weight-related challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
