In times of crisis, the American Kidney Fund’s Disaster Relief Program stands ready to support kidney patients in Granite City, IL, and across tornado-affected regions of Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Missouri, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Our mission is to provide vital emergency assistance that helps patients regain stability after natural disasters such as floods, hurricanes, and tornadoes. Through financial disaster relief and grants, we aid individuals in replacing lost medications, obtaining special renal diet foods, securing temporary housing, covering transportation to medical treatments, and replacing essential clothing and personal items devastated by these catastrophic events. We are committed to helping our patients navigate the difficult road to recovery with compassion and practical support.
