Youth HYPE Housing Program

At the Northwest Compass Youth HYPE Housing Program in Glenview, IL, we believe that everyone deserves a safe and stable place to call home. Our mission is to empower young adults aged 18-24 to actively manage their housing situations, leading to positive and sustainable outcomes. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including a walk-in entry point for connecting individuals to essential resources, limited financial assistance for homelessness prevention, and advocacy for those facing eviction or foreclosure in the Northwest Suburbs of Cook County. Our dedicated team provides money management education, career coaching, and assistance with SNAP and Medicaid applications, while also operating a food pantry available monthly for all residents. We treat every client with respect and understanding, recognizing the deeply personal challenges of housing instability. By turning crises into opportunities, we strive to build a supportive community where everyone can thrive without the burden of housing insecurity. Our services are offered free of charge, and we are grateful for any food donations to support our program.
