Youth HYPE Housing Program

At Northwest Compass in Glenview, IL, we believe that everyone deserves a place to call home. Our Youth HYPE Housing Program is dedicated to empowering young adults aged 18-24 to take charge of their housing situations and find lasting solutions tailored to their unique needs. Through our Walk-In Entry Point Center, we connect individuals with essential resources in collaboration with The Alliance to End Homelessness in Suburban Cook County. Our services include limited financial assistance to prevent homelessness, education and advocacy for those facing eviction or foreclosure, money management counseling, and career coaching to help clients become job ready. We also assist with SNAP and Medicaid applications and provide a food pantry accessible to all residents on a monthly basis, with prior registration. With a compassionate approach, our dedicated staff strives to transform housing crises into opportunities, ensuring that every resident is treated with dignity and respect.
