We aim to elevate the health status of medically underserved populations by delivering high-quality, comprehensive healthcare that is accessible, coordinated, and tailored to the diverse needs of our community, particularly our immigrant population. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we proudly offer a wide range of essential services, including General Primary Care, OB-GYN, Health Education, Nutrition, Cardiology, Immunizations, School Physicals, Immigration Physicals, and Pediatrics.
