Step Up Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting families in need and those experiencing crisis in Glendale Heights, IL. Our comprehensive services include a 24/7 helpline that connects individuals to vital resources and assistance. Through our 1:1 Peer Support Chat, clients can engage with trained facilitators over the course of one, four, or eight weeks, fostering personal growth and resilience. Our online and outreach Peer Support Groups offer a safe environment for participants to share their stories and experiences while engaging in activities such as meditation and relaxation exercises.
