OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in Glendale Heights, IL, is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing essential financial assistance and resources tailored to their unique needs. Our program offers a comprehensive support package that includes a $200 financial grant, $100 gas card, and $100 grocery card to help alleviate some of the burdens faced during treatment. We also prioritize emotional well-being through psycho-social counseling sessions conducted by licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling phone sessions with licensed genetic counselors. We welcome medical professionals to submit applications on behalf of patients to ensure timely assistance, as applications are processed in the order received based on available funding.
