Healthy Families, located in Glendale Heights, IL, is a dedicated program of Teen Parent Connection that offers essential support to young parents aged 12 to 19 in DuPage County. Our nationally accredited home visiting model prioritizes personalized care by meeting families in their own homes, allowing our trained visitors to build trusting relationships and address each family's unique needs. We provide vital services including home visits that cover parenting education, health and nutrition guidance, and connections to valuable community resources. From soothing a crying baby to engaging in fun parent-child activities, our program ensures that young families feel empowered and informed. Best of all, our services are completely free and start prenatally or within the first three months of life, continuing until the child turns five.
