Yvette Aguilar is a dedicated counselor, equipped with credentials such as LCPC, CADC, and CCTP. Inspired by the words of Dieter F. Yvette champions the idea that by changing the quality of one's thinking, individuals can transform their lives. With over 10 years of experience, she has a profound understanding of the power of change and the mind over matter. Yvette is bilingual in Spanish and English, infusing her therapeutic practice with cultural awareness. She employs evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing to support clients dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem issues, social skills development, substance abuse, self-injury, and life transitions.
