MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Galesburg, IL, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected to tailored weight management services that meet their unique needs. Our comprehensive offerings include engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, the innovative TeleMOVE! system for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who require further assistance.
