The Meal Support Program in Galesburg, IL, provides essential, eating disorder-informed meal support to individuals over 16 who are at the outpatient stage of recovery. Our free and accessible program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals designed to create a nurturing environment where participants can share in nourishment while receiving vital emotional and nutritional guidance. With meal support sessions available four times daily—two at lunch and two at dinner—participants can join as many sessions as their schedules allow, facilitating a flexible approach to recovery. Each session is led by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working towards their CNS certification. We are dedicated to supporting individuals on their path to healing through structured meal times and community connection, ensuring a safe space for all involved while emphasizing the importance of recovery.
