OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in Galesburg, IL, is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by alleviating some of the financial burdens they face during this challenging time. Our program offers a specialized financial assistance package that includes a $200 grant, along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to ensure that these resilient individuals can focus on their health and well-being. Additionally, we provide access to psycho-social counseling sessions conducted by licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling sessions via phone with qualified genetic counselors. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of patients, which are processed in the order received, contingent upon funding availability. Our mission is to empower and uplift women in their fight against ovarian cancer through comprehensive support tailored to their unique needs.
