The Adolescent and Young Adult Oncology (AYA) Program in Freeport, IL, is dedicated to supporting young cancer survivors aged 15-39 through comprehensive, individualized care. Our multidisciplinary approach combines the expertise of clinicians and clinical researchers from the renowned Lurie Cancer Center in Chicago, ensuring our services meet the specific and complex needs of AYA patients.
