Meghan Finn

Meghan Finn is a Clinical Social Worker/Therapist, holding a position as an LCSW who understands that the decision to seek therapy and selecting a suitable provider are significant steps toward intentional change. She deeply appreciates the importance of the therapeutic relationship and considers it a privilege to engage in this work. Meghan believes that, like any healthy relationship, the therapeutic connection must be grounded in trust, and she is committed to earning that trust by being present and engaged throughout the therapeutic process. Her approach to treatment is collaborative, insight-oriented, and solution-focused. Meghan works with clients to build coping skills and strategies, enhance communication techniques, and alleviate symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. She is devoted to helping individuals gain a better understanding of their experiences and relationships while achieving their personal goals. With compassion, Meghan meets her clients' challenges and celebrates their successes. Throughout her career, she has honed her skills in individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, navigating difficult organizational structures, and self-advocacy. Meghan is University of Chicago trained and has valuable professional experiences, including roles at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Prentice Women's Hospital, and Northwestern University.
