Lorra Rudman

Lorra Rudman, MA, NCC, LPC, ACRE, is a compassionate counselor dedicated to guiding individuals on their journeys toward self-knowledge and empowerment. She recognizes that pursuing self-acceptance can often feel overwhelming, and that seeking support can illuminate one's path toward living a fulfilled and thriving life. With a focus on developing insight into emotions and experiences, Lorra helps clients embrace their choices, capitalize on their strengths, and find direction in their lives, whether as a parent, partner, friend, or in their professional roles. Lorra firmly believes that everyone is doing their best with the tools and experiences they have been given and strives to work collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families to identify personal therapy goals and develop effective tools to achieve them. She has a particular passion for supporting older adults and their caregivers and possesses significant experience working with individuals across the Autism Spectrum, including couples where one partner is on the spectrum and newly diagnosed adults. Additionally, as a certified Custom Employment Specialist, Lorra is well-versed in assisting those with special needs in finding and maintaining meaningful employment. Her therapeutic modalities, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Family Systems, Adlerian, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ensure a comprehensive and empathetic approach to her clients’ diverse needs.
