Food Connection Program

Located in Evanston, IL, the Food Connection Program, part of Northwest Compass, is dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing food insecurity by providing essential food assistance through both perishable and non-perishable items. Our mission is to alleviate hunger while empowering clients through information and benefits counseling to help them access additional resources such as SNAP and other supportive programs. We also offer valuable education on nutrition, healthy eating habits, and budget-friendly grocery shopping, ensuring that our clients not only receive food but also the knowledge to make healthier choices. All services are provided free of charge to eligible individuals in our community, reflecting our commitment to caring for our neighbors in need.
