Support for Success

Located in Elmwood Park, IL, Support for Success is a program of the African American Christian Foundation dedicated to empowering individuals as they transition into sustainable employment. We provide essential services that address basic needs, including food assistance, transportation support, and rental assistance. Our holistic approach also encompasses utility assistance, personal toiletries, clothing, uniforms, and funds for certification exams. Additionally, we offer childcare support and comprehensive case management to help our participants thrive in their journeys. At Support for Success, we strive to ensure that every individual has access to the resources they need to achieve their goals with dignity and respect.
