Located in Elmwood Park, IL, the Infant Welfare Society (IWS) is dedicated to providing high-quality adult health services in a safe and bilingual environment. Our mission focuses on empowering individuals to take charge of their healthcare journey. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including preventive care, annual exams for all genders, health education, nutrition counseling, and chronic disease management for conditions such as obesity and diabetes. Additionally, our program provides work physicals, STI screenings and treatments, contraception, and referrals for specialized services like mammograms. IWS is committed to accessibility and accepts Medicaid, offering a sliding scale fee for low-income patients who are uninsured or underinsured. We strive to promote wellness and support the health of our community.
