MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Elmhurst, IL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually and connect them with personalized weight management services tailored to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of effective care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, an in-home messaging service providing ongoing support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management. For those who continue to face challenges, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
