As the only Urban Indian Health Program in Illinois, we provide comprehensive primary care tailored to individuals of all ages, addressing primary health needs such as chronic disease management, women’s health services including screenings and referrals, mental health support, vaccinations, and urgent care. Our integrated approach combines primary care with behavioral healthcare, ensuring a holistic strategy for those facing complex health challenges. We also offer essential services for infants and children, including well-child exams, immunizations, and sports physicals. To enhance accessibility, we accept most insurance plans and offer a sliding scale for self-pay options, making healthcare affordable for all.
