Youth HYPE Housing Program

At Youth HYPE Housing Program in Elk Grove Village, IL, we believe that everyone deserves a safe and secure place to call home. Our dedicated team empowers young individuals aged 18-24 to actively engage in managing their housing situations, ensuring they have access to the best solutions available. As part of Northwest Compass, we offer a comprehensive walk-in entry point center that connects those in need to crucial resources in collaboration with The Alliance to End Homelessness in Suburban Cook County. Our program provides critical services including limited financial assistance for homelessness prevention, education and advocacy to combat eviction and foreclosure, and money management counseling to enhance financial understanding. Additionally, we offer career coaching to prepare clients for employment opportunities. With access to our food pantry and support in navigating SNAP and Medicaid applications, we strive to uplift our community members facing housing instability. At Youth HYPE, we treat every client with dignity and respect, converting moments of crisis into pathways for opportunity without charge to all residents.
