Youth HYPE Housing Program

In Elk Grove Village, IL, the Youth HYPE Housing Program by Northwest Compass is dedicated to ensuring that every young adult has a place to call home. We empower individuals aged 18-24 to navigate their housing challenges through education, advocacy, and hands-on assistance. Our services include a welcoming Walk-In Entry Point that connects clients with crucial resources to prevent homelessness, as well as limited financial assistance to help stabilize housing situations. We offer career coaching to equip youth with the skills needed for employment and provide money management counseling to foster financial understanding. Our food pantry serves all residents monthly, with registration required, and we assist with SNAP and Medicaid applications to ensure access to essential services.
