Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

Located in Elk Grove Village, IL, Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is dedicated to improving the health and nutrition of pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, as well as infants and children under five. As a Special Supplemental Nutrition Program funded by the USDA, WIC offers essential services such as nutrition education, personalized counseling, and breastfeeding support. Additionally, participants receive vouchers for nutritious foods and referrals to critical social and health services, ensuring that families have access to the resources they need for a healthy start in life.
