Home Visiting Program

Serving Elk Grove Village, IL, the Home Visiting Program is dedicated to enhancing child development through compassionate, tailored support provided directly in families’ homes. Our skilled home visitors conduct weekly visits that focus on empowering parents with the knowledge and tools they need to nurture their child's growth and well-being. We create a community atmosphere by hosting bi-monthly group sessions for parents and children to engage in learning, discussion, and social activities. Our services encompass Family Child Care, which delivers essential education and care in a home-like environment, as well as combination services that integrate both home and center-based experiences. Through our comprehensive support, we address critical areas such as nutrition, health and safety, mental health, pregnancy, and child development, ensuring that every family receives the holistic assistance they need. All home visits are conveniently conducted virtually via Zoom, ensuring accessibility for every family we serve.
